Four-sided servo control for ultimate dimensional accuracy: The dedicated machine is equipped with a four-way servo entire-line mechanism and an 80KVA welding transformer.  It uses a displacement mode to precisely control the displacement amount through pulse counting, achieving millimeter-level control of copper wire terminal welding and forming, fully meeting the ±0.15mm tolerance requirements and adapting to welding of all wire diameters from 0.75 to 6 square millimeters.

   
   

2. High-efficiency cycle, significantly improved productivity: Optimized motion process design, changeover adjustment takes only 5 minutes, and a single welding cycle (wire feeding - clamping - discharge - part removal) takes no more than 5 seconds. The left and right clamping action time is only 0.1 seconds, and the upper clamping cylinder speed is flexibly adapted according to the wire diameter, improving efficiency by more than 60% compared to traditional equipment, perfectly supporting large-scale mass production.

   
   

3. Intelligent and efficient, convenient and worry-free operation: Equipped with a visual operation interface, supporting 15/31 sets of welding specification programming and storage. The three-stage heating process (preheating - welding - tempering) can be flexibly customized, and welding current, time, pressure, and other parameters are precisely adjustable. Multiple welding recipes can be accessed with one click, and ordinary employees can easily operate the machine after simple training, significantly lowering the operating threshold.

Stable and reliable design, reducing maintenance costs: Core components use high-quality materials: the entire line electrodes are made of tungsten alloy, and the left and right clamping blocks are made of insulating material, making them wear-resistant and durable; the equipment has a built-in chiller and a complete water and air circuit system, effectively controlling the working temperature and extending the equipment's service life.
