In the morning, the meeting session officially commenced with an address by General Manager Mr. Fang. Department heads took the stage one by one to comprehensively review the highlights and breakthroughs of 2025, face the challenges and shortcomings in development directly, and break down the work goals for 2026 around the concept of "all staff engaged in management"—detailing the implementation of the management strategy of "sales maximization, cost minimization" to chart a clear path and lay a solid foundation for the new year's development.
The meeting emphasized that facing increasingly fierce industry competition, only through the unity of all staff and deep cultivation can we stand firm and break through. In 2026, PDKJ will continue to gather the wisdom of all employees, driving every staff member to deeply integrate into the entire management process. We must go all out to cultivate domestic and international markets, innovate online customer acquisition models to achieve a leap in sales capability, while carefully controlling costs and improving efficiency, practicing lean management philosophy, empowering development with professionalism, and building the future with practical action.

During the awards session, honors such as the "Deal Signing Award," "Sampling Award," "Leadership Award," and "Promotion Award" were announced one by one. From the sales champions who forged ahead with determination to the promotion experts who pursued excellence, from outstanding new talents emerging to exceptional managers who strategized—each medal engraved with the mark of struggle, each certificate and cash reward carrying recognition and expectations, was presented in tribute to those who achieved through hard work, making every exemplary figure shine brightly.
As the meeting drew to a close, an all-staff selection for outstanding employees was conducted with great enthusiasm. After voting by all members, six employees stood out and received the "Outstanding Employee" title! During the dinner, lottery draws and singing performances took turns bringing the atmosphere to new heights. The lottery segment brought surprise after surprise, with various prizes being given out in turn. Every draw was accompanied by cheers and applause from the crowd—good fortune and joy flowing freely throughout the venue, adding full liveliness to the gala.
