Secondly, the monthly production capacity target is 200000 pieces, which needs to be adapted to the production rhythm of its output, while achieving the integration of automatic feeding and welding;
Thirdly, the customer did not have professional welding equipment before, and the traditional manual and general equipment operation methods cannot guarantee process accuracy or match production capacity requirements. The production bottleneck urgently needs to be overcome.

On the other hand, a dedicated protective structure has been added at the welding station to precisely block the splashing of weld spatter, preventing it from entering the tapping hole at the source. In addition, the machine is equipped with an automatic feeding and positioning system that can accurately transport the filter end cap to the welding position with minimal error, significantly improving welding consistency and ensuring that each product meets the strict quality standards.
2. Multi-Station Cyclic Operation to Double Production Capacity
To meet the customer’s production capacity targets, the custom machine innovatively adopts an “8-position rotating worktable + synchronized collaborative operation” design. The rotating table operates stably at a set frequency. Operators only need to place the products to be welded at the loading position in sync. The welding position automatically completes the entire process of “pressing down - discharging - rising,” while the unloading mechanism simultaneously achieves “suction - transfer - release.” All these steps are seamlessly connected without waiting for each other. According to actual production calculations, the machine can control the welding cycle of a single piece within 3 seconds, which is more than 50% faster than traditional methods and easily breaks through the production capacity bottleneck.
3. Full-Process Automation to Reduce Labor Dependence
Considering the continuity and stability of automotive parts production, the custom machine integrates full-process intelligent control functions. Once started, it does not require frequent manual monitoring. The machine can automatically detect whether the material is in place. If there is no material, it continues to rotate automatically. If no material is detected for three consecutive rotations, it automatically stops, reducing labor costs and avoiding energy waste caused by empty welding. The operation panel features a visual design, with intuitive parameter adjustment and status monitoring. Even non-professional operators can quickly master the machine, reducing corporate training costs and ensuring stable production.
