The company owns dozens of patents related to storage equipment structures and has import and export qualifications. Its products are widely used in factory warehouses, automated three-dimensional warehouses, logistics sorting systems, and other application scenarios.
The customer's main mass-produced product is a 1200×1200mm galvanized load-bearing shelf panel.
To improve the load capacity of the shelf panels and prevent deformation under long-term loads, multiple reinforcement ribs with a width of 200mm need to be welded inside each panel.
Due to the large number of welding points and the requirement for simultaneous multi-point welding on one side, the existing traditional single-point spot welding equipment could no longer meet the production capacity requirements. The customer produces shelf panels and reinforcement ribs in multiple specifications, with different welding distances between products.
Traditional fixed welding heads require complete fixture replacement when changing products. Each adjustment and debugging process takes more than 30 minutes, making it difficult to support flexible multi-product production and resulting in low equipment utilization.

The machine adopts a gantry structure design combined with multiple welding heads working simultaneously, perfectly meeting the customer's demand for high-speed reinforcement rib welding.
The equipment adopts a manual loading system combined with automatic positioning and welding:
